Memorial Art and Custom orders are requested through Contact Me .
When requesting either Memorial Art or Custom orders, please allow adequate time for both crafting of the items and shipping (if applicable).
Ashes for Memorial Art are to be sent in a double bag. Depending on the piece(s) to be made, a heaping tablespoon or two should be sufficient. Any unused ashes are returned.
Shipping Policies
Shipping, at this time, is only to Canada and the United States
Method of delivery is Canada Post
All glass art is packaged to prevent breakage and is sent in either a padded envelope or a box.
4 boxed pendants fit into the current size of shipping envelope. If purchasing more than 4 pendants, contact me to arrange for updated shipping information.
In the unlikely event of breakage during shipping, Contact Me and we will discuss the best option.
Local Pickups
Local pickups are to be arranged prior to purchase. Please use the Contact Me form to arrange pickup time and location.
